Product Marketing Director

We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Product Marketing Director.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product marketing managers
  • Define and execute the overall product marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Create and manage product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
  • Oversee product launches and updates, including developing launch plans, collateral, and sales enablement tools
  • Drive product-led growth through initiatives such as free trials, in-app messaging, and product adoption strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and customer competitive intelligence to inform product marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption
  • Produce product-related webpages, marketing collateral, and presentations 


We expect you to have: 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing in the technology industry or a similar fast-paced environment 
  • Strong product leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team 
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies 
  • Solid understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset 


Nice to Have: 

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based products
